So I started lifting weights. I bought a pdf program and gym membership and just started doing the best I could. My form was atrocious and I had no idea what some of the exercises were. But I would youtube videos, talk to people, and I consistently showed up and put in the work. I didn’t miss a single workout for that first year. I started watching what I ate and put into my body. And I grew. My mindset, my discipline, and my body. I fell in love with the entire process. I was finally seeing the results I had always wanted. I was finally taking up space and truly feeling POWERFUL. I finally felt like I deserved to be in the gym.
While teaching high school math full time, I slowly started gaining fitness knowledge, acquiring several licenses/certifications, and I even entered and won my class in a NPC Nationally Qualified Bodybuilding Show in 2022. I started training online clients for a year and slowly started building my business. I eventually decided to leave the teaching profession to pursue a fitness career full time with the hopes and prayers of making my business that source of stability. I had six jobs for a couple months while I worked on acquiring in person clients. Within two-three months I was able to quit the other part time jobs and solely focus on my business. Within five months I was blessed enough to make the same as I did teaching. Jesus has truly blessed me in ways I can’t describe, and I am so overjoyed to have been given the chance to help other women find their power inside and out of the gym. The world has enough hate and negativity. Let’s change that. Let’s lift some weights and change your life. (:
I’m very well aware I work in a highly saturated market. But how often do you see female personal trainers, and at that, ones who truly invest in you as a whole? I pride myself in making my business PERSONAL. As a client of mine, you will receive my direct phone number and we will be in constant/open communication in order for you to stay on track, have support, and hit those goals! Many of us even hang out outside of the gym and go out to dinners, hikes, or coffee shops! If you’ve been looking for a sisterhood community that supports and uplifts you through life’s challenges, while getting killer workouts in and making healthy lifestyle changes you’ve always wanted, this is the place for you. ( But if you just want to come in, listen to EDM, lift heavy ass weights and leave… that’s 110% okay too (: ) We do it all here.
Come train with me (or any of my amazing staff), and see what all the hype is about. <3
