“Man, this little journey. I started off SO strong. Like a good 6 weeks, I was working out every single day, sometimes twice a day. It has been so long since I’ve put my ass in a gym or did any lifting/HIIT, I honestly thought my body wasn’t capable anymore. But once I really committed, I realized my body is still strong, I am still capable of change, I am still worthy of loving my body, even if it isn’t the same as it was in high school or even college. I actually saw changes in my body and my mindset that I loved even more. And trust me, I NEEDED this kind of accountability. If KP FITNESS taught me one thing, it’s that I need cheerleaders and someone to hold me accountable. And we all go through some shit. It’s okay to take breaks when life has other plans. But the habits are what stick around for the long run.”
