BOOTCAMP w/Karly!
Karly’s total body bootcamp combines the best of cardiovascular & strength training. Expect to challenge your mind and body as you alternate between high and low intensity exercises through timed intervals of free weights, plyometrics, cardio training, resistance bands, and even some balance work. Bring your water, start your watch, and dry scoop your pre-workout before class! You’re going to want to be ready for this one! (:

BOOTCAMP BADDIES
BOOTCAMP BADDIES… Bring your water, dry scoop some preworkout, and BE. READY. This class will challenge you in all areas, but will still emphasize proper form and control throughout every movement. Each class is different in the style. Some days we do stations with reps, some days it’s based on time. Other days we lift heavy still and rotate through, or sometimes I’ll lead the class through a higher intensity lighterweight HIIT style speed work. Come try it out and see what you think! (:
